The process leading to this decision formally began in late summer of 2020 when we launched strategic planning that resulted in our GROW initiative. Many hours of prayer, scripture study, and research has led us to this decision-point.
Leadership, including Elders, staff, and nationally-renowned church leadership consultants have been prayerfully discussing and discerning this decision for the past several months.
